This Privacy Notice is issued in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable provisions. It applies to personal data obtained through this website, email communications, contact forms and commercial interactions with Elbe Trading America.

Personal data we may collect

Depending on your interaction with us, we may process identification and contact information such as your name, company, business email address, telephone number, job-related information and the contents of your inquiry. Our website infrastructure may also process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, access date and basic navigation data.

We do not intentionally request sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not include sensitive information in the contact form or in unsolicited communications.

We will respond within the time periods established by applicable Mexican law.

Elbe Trading America does not sell personal data.
